Ashland Police Searching For Man Connected To Weekend Shooting

Ashland Police Department

Ashland Police Chief Todd Kelley says his department is working to locate a man they believe was connected to a recent incident in which shots were fired at an officer.

Authorities are talking to those who know 28-year-old Frank Joliff Jr., who Kelley says was one of two men in a car that was pulled over early Sunday morning.  According to the chief, Joliff and the other man fled the scene on foot with shots being fired at an APD officer…

Kelley asks that if you have any information about Joliff or the incident, call the Ashland Police Department’s tip-line at 606-329-1771.
