Battle of Perryville Advance Discount Tickets on Sale Now

The Kentucky Department of Parks will offer advance tickets to the annual commemoration of the Battle of Perryville Oct. 8-9. Advance sales will be available online through Oct. 5.

The Battle of Perryville was the largest Civil War battle in Kentucky. More than 7,600 soldiers were killed, wounded or missing. Each year, Perryville Battlefield State Historic Site commemorates the battle with re-enactments, living history programs, battlefield tours, authors and book signings, period entertainment, vendors and more.

Online tickets for adults are $15, compared to $20 at the gate. Advance tickets for children ages 6-12 are $7.50, compared to $15 at the gate. Guests ages 62 and older can get advance tickets for $10, compared to $15 at the gate. (There is convenience fee charged for online purchases) Children ages 5 and under are free.      

Boy and Girls Scouts in uniform can get tickets online for $10 ($15 at the gate). All current and former members of the military with military ID can get online tickets for $5 ($10 at the gate).

Online tickets for paranormal tours offered Friday and Saturday evening by S.H.O.C.K. are also available for ages 12 and above.
