Governor Beshear on 'Right to Work'

Governor Beshear says it’s apparent that “right to work” states don’t have the drop on Kentucky when it comes to attracting foreign investment. Tennessee, which is a “right to work” state, competed with Kentucky to lure Kowa Incorporated to the U.S.
