The health clinic on the campus of Morehead State University is not in any danger of closing.
MSU President Dr. Jay Morgan says the clinic is one of many units being evaluated as the university is preparing a new strategic plan while anticipating the changes that come with performance based funding.
Morgan says discontinuing student services has never been an option.
Morgan says the group is committed to keeping medical and mental health for students, but the dental program- which was once funded through a federal grant, may be discontinued.
