Morehead State junior golfer Logan Hogge, who ranks fifth in the Ohio Valley Conference with a 72.1 stroke average, has been named to the 2014-15 All-OVC team.
Hogge becomes the first Eagle to earn all-conference honors since Matt Gann in 2006-07.
Hogge, who has recorded six top-10 finishes and three top-five performances this season, owns a team-best .894 winning percentage. He claimed medalist honors on Oct. 21 at the Austin Peay Intercollegiate, which was MSU's first tournament win since Oct. 10, 2006.
A native of Salt Lick, Ky., Hogge has registered a 74.5 stroke average in 85 rounds as an Eagle. He has notched nine career top-10 efforts and four top-five finishes. His low round of 64 and best tournament score of 202 came in APSU's event at The Links at Novadell.
The 2015 OVC Men's Golf Championship is taking place at The Shoals on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. The Coach of the Year, Golfer of the Year, All-Tournament Team and Tournament Most Valuable Player awards will be presented after the final round on Sunday.
