Uninsured Kentuckians should ignore attempts in Congress to defund “Obama Care” and sign up for the health care coverage available to them through the Commonwealth’s insurance exchange, kynect. That’s the advice of Lieutenant Governor Jerry Abramson who is traveling across Kentucky to promote the exchange.
