Ranging from tweeting contests to free ice cream, Morehead State has announced special promotions for the remainder of the 2015 baseball and softball seasons.
A special baseball ticket package is available for five Friday games. Families can purchase four tickets and receive four $4 concession stand vouchers for only $25. The family pack is available March 27, April 3, April 17, May 1 and May 15.
The remaining Saturday home contests will be Souvenir Saturdays. A different giveaway will be featured each week, including stadium cups, fortune cookies, t-shirts, rally towels and temporary tattoos. Dates include March 28, April 4, April 18, May 2 and May 16.
Free ice cream will be available after Sunday games. Those dates are set for March 29, April 19 and May 3.
The game vs. Alabama A&M on April 7 is Tweet-Up Day. Fans will have the opportunity to win prizes and request music by tweeting to the official athletics twitter account @MSUAthletics.
The contest against Northern Kentucky, scheduled for April 29, will be a BlueOut. Fans are encouraged to wear blue.
Softball has three special days lined up. On April 8, the team will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Day. Fans are encouraged to wear pink, and there will be contests for prizes. All donations will benefit the American Cancer Society.
The April 11 doubleheader is a BlackOut. Free black rally towels will be handed out, and fans are encouraged to wear black.
The May 2 doubleheader is a Summer Kickoff event. #EagleEmpire coolers, sunglasses, water bottles, sunglass straps and beach balls will be handed out.
Tickets to all baseball and softball games are $5 for adults and $2 for children ages 2-12. MSU students are admitted free with a valid ID. Parking is free.
