Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting that wounded one man in Rowan County. The incident took place around 3:30p.m. on Thursday (August 8) at a home on Dry Creek Road.
63 year old Craig Doscher has been arrested and charged with assault. The victim, 39 year old Jamie Minix, was airlifted to UK Hospital in Lexington and is listed as being in ‘critical condition.’ Police are investigating the incident and events leading to the confrontation.
