Morehead State senior libero Leslie Schellhaas has been named the Ohio Valley Conference volleyball Co-Defensive Player of the Week.
Schellhaas had a pair of 25-plus dig matches, recording 27 versus Tennessee and 26 in a four-set victory over Cincinnati. She also complied a .977 serving efficiency and a .958 receiving percentage as a primary passer over the weekend.
The Eagles open up the 2013 home slate on Wednesday, September 4 at 7 p.m. as they welcome Conference USA opponent Marshall to MSU's Wetherby Gym.
