Summer Arts Program Guide Released
The Kentucky Arts Council has released a 2014 guide to summer arts programs hosted by Kentucky Arts Partnership (KAP) organizations throughout the Commonwealth.
The program guide, organized by county, includes half-day, full-day and week-long camps with topics ranging from dance and music to clown skills and archeology. Students interested in visual art, sculpting, theater, writing and puppetry will also find great opportunities.
"The Kentucky Arts Partnership organizations work hard to ensure that year-round participation in the arts is available to the people of Kentucky,” said Lori Meadows, arts council executive director.
“The programs and camps being offered are a fun way for families to stay connected to the arts even while school is out,” added Meadows.
