Traffic Advisories in Greenup and Rowan Counties

Northeast Kentucky motorists are advised to watch for the following traffic restrictions on state highways in Rowan and Greenup counties.

--KY 3306 (Tunnel Branch Road) in southeast Greenup County is one lane at mile marker 2.0, about halfway between Hunnewell and KY 1 in Carter County, due to an embankment failure.

--Part of KY 3138 (Clay Lick Road) in Rowan County near Cave Run Lake is one lane with an 8-foot width limit due to an embankment slip adjacent to the roadway.

Repairs are pending by the Kentucky Department of Highways, however traffic restrictions could remain in place for several weeks. Motorists are urged to drive with caution until repairs are made.
