Shaping Appalachia is hosted by Dr. Wayne Andrews, president of Morehead State University and moderated by Jason Blanton. Produced at the studios of Morehead State Public Radio (WMKY), the program airs on the last Friday of each month at 9:04AM (repeated at 4:04PM).
