MSPR Online Auction Rules and Guidelines
Welcome to Morehead State Public Radio’s 10th Annual Online Auction.
The auction will open at 10:00AM (eastern) on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 and will close at 2:00PM (eastern) on Wednesday, October 15, 2014.
If you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction, your winning bid will serve as a gift to MSPR’s 2014 Fall Fundraiser and Membership Drive. Non-winning bids are not considered gifts to MSPR, but we encourage you to support MSPR by making a gift using our secure online pledge form.
All bids must be placed online using this MSPR Facebook page. To place a bid, simply place your amount using the “comment” section associated with the item.

Bids must be made in whole dollar amounts. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to place bids. A valid picture ID (driver’s license) will be required to claim winning items. Deadlines, reservations, expirations and other restrictions may be applied on certain items.
As required by state law, a 6% Kentucky sales tax will be assessed on the total amount for each auction item. Personal tax deductions may be made on the surplus amount above the value of the auction item. Cash, personal checks, money orders and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa) will be accepted as payment.
Unless other arrangements have been made, all items won by the highest bidder at the close of the auction must be picked-up by 5:00PM (eastern) on Thursday, October 23, 2014. Any items not claimed by October 23 will be forfeited and offered to the next highest bidder on that item.
- Auction item pick-up will start on Thursday, October 16, 2014. (from 1-4pm).
MSPR reserves the right to refuse awarding auction items based on failure to abide by the online auction rules or reasons which may provide an unfair advantage to other auction participants.
