Book Signing at CoffeeTree Books in Morehead

www.coffeetreebooks.com

A book-signing just in time for Valentine’s Day! CoffeeTree Books is delighted to welcome not one, but two authors on one night. Well-known authors Tiffany Reisz and Andrew Shaffer will be greeting fans and signing books on Saturday, February 11, from 6-8 at the bookstore.

Tiffany Reisz is the author of the internationally bestselling and award-winning Original Sinners series for Mira Books (Harlequin/Mills & Boon). Tiffany's books inhabit a sexy shadowy world where romance, erotica and literature meet and do immoral and possibly illegal things to each other. She describes her genre as "literary friction," a term she stole from her main character, who gets in trouble almost as often as the author herself. She lives in Lexington, Kentucky with her husband, author Andrew Shaffer, and two cats. If she couldn't write, she would die.

Her most recent offering is The Bourbon Thief, tale of betrayal, revenge and a family scandal that bore a 150-year-old mystery. A 150 year old bottle of bourbon is stolen during the night by Paris, a mysterious woman who claims the bottle is rightfully hers. In the small hours of a Louisville morning, Paris unspools the lurid tale of Tamara Maddox, heiress to the distillery that became an empire. But the family tree is rooted in tainted soil and has borne rotten fruit. Theirs is a legacy of wealth and power, but also of lies, secrets and sins of omission.

The aforementioned Andrew Shaffer is the New York Times bestselling author of the essential survival guide, How to Survive a Sharknado and Other Unnatural Disasters, and the Goodreads Choice semifinalist Fifty Shames of Earl Grey, amongst other humorous fiction and nonfiction books. His most recent books are Ghosts from Our Past: Both Literally and Figuratively: The Study of the Paranormal, a tie-in to the 2016 Ghostbusters film, and The Day of the Donald: Trump Trumps America, a political thriller starring the Republican presidential candidate.

He has appeared as a guest on FOX News, CBS, and NPR, and has been published in Mental Floss, The Philosophers' Magazine, and Maxim. He has professionally reviewed romance and women's fiction for RT Book Reviews magazine. Shaffer attended the Iowa Writers’ Workshop for a summer semester and studied comedy writing at Chicago's The Second City. An Iowa native, Shaffer lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife, novelist Tiffany Reisz.

The book signing is free and open to all. Parking available on Main Street or in the city lot across the street from Fuzzy Duck/CoffeeTree Books. For more information call 606-784-8364.
