Ohio scored two second-half goals to defeat the Morehead State soccer team 3-1 Sunday (September 8) at Chessa Field.

Ohio (3-2-1) opened the scoring only 45 seconds into the match when Alexis Milesky went near post following a scramble for the ball that resulted from a free kick. The Eagles (0-5-1) equalized eight minutes later when junior midfielder Holly Tilley scored her third career goal, using a well placed cross from junior forward Jade Flory.

Ohio outshotMSU 14-9. Seven Bobcat efforts were on target, while the Eagles put five on target. Freshman goalkeeper Hannah Collins made four saves in her first career start. Liston collected four saves for Ohio.

MSU returns to action on Friday (September 13) for a 5:00 p.m. contest at Louisville.
