Morehead State Receives SACSCOC Reaccreditation

Over the past three years, Morehead State University has conducted a thorough reaffirmation and reaccreditation process with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).The University has received full reaccreditation with no deficiencies during the process.President Dr. Jay Morgan says without the reaccreditation, M-S-U would not be accessible for most students within the service region.Morgan said a team of more than 100 people worked to make the process successful. Morehead also received a request from the Commission to utilize their Quality Enhancement Plan and submissions as a model for other schools.
