Monday, November 30, 2015 — Rand Paul today officially entered the Kentucky Republican Party’s presidential caucus. Rowan County School Superintendent Marvin Moore has been named as Kentucky’s school superintendent of the year…and a new poll has found that Mitch McConnell is the most unpopular US Senator in the country. Tuesday, December 1, 2015 — Ford announces a major investment in its Kentucky Truck Plant. State Senator Joe Bowen is proposing an annual $100 registration fee for vehicles powered by batteries…and a Sandy Hook man has been indicted on charges that he started a fire at a Morehead business. Wednesday, December 2, 2015 Thursday, December 3, 2015 — The crash of an Apache helicopter in Tennessee has killed two soldiers from Fort Campbell. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is closing to vehicular traffic the Johnson Creek Covered Bridge in Robertson County…and Morehead State University’s final fall enrollment is down one-point-six percent from the fall of 2014.Friday, December 4, 2015 — A Wayne County, West Virginia man has been killed in an early morning fire at his home. Governor-elect Matt Bevin has named a former rival to a Cabinet post…and Rowan County Judge Executive Walter Blevins says he thinks differences between the county and Morehead State University over the value of the county’s current jail can be worked out later this month.

Greg Jenkins has been the Operations Director at MSPR since 1999. Greg is a 1996 graduate of Morehead State University with a BME in Music Education and received a Masters of Science in Industrial Technology in 2008. Greg oversees training, scheduling, and evaluation of the student board operator staff, preparation of the daily traffic logs and serves as weekday classical music host. He is also the webmaster of the MSPR website and maintains MSPR's webstreaming and podcasting.
