BSCTC Recognizes Letcher County Artist

Big Sandy Community and Technical College in Prestonsburg hosted a reception for Letcher County visual artist Marcus Kincer on Thursday evening (October 17).The art gallery, located in the Magoffin Learning Resource Center, has been the home of Kincer’s work for the past month.“This is my first individual show,” said Kincer. “I’m very appreciative to the college for allowing me the opportunity to display some of my work.”The Big Sandy Community and Technical College (BSCTC) provides accessible learning to meet the educational and workforce needs of the Big Sandy region with more than 25 programs and an emphasis on innovation in learning and student access.
