CRSO Statue Dedication

A new statue created by former Morehead State University sculpting instructor Stephen Tirone was unveiled at the September luncheon for the Morehead-Rowan County Chamber of Commerce last Thursday.Tirone dedicated the sculpture to Rowan County’s Cave Run Symphony Orchestra.  The statue is roughly 4 1/2 feet tall and is a 3D depiction of the ensemble’s logo.  Tirone used leftover construction material from the renovation of MSU’s Adron Doran University Center to create the piece.Dr. Ewell Scott is the president of the CRSO.
