Monday, November 23, 2015 — Two Powell County men are charged with killing a Mount Sterling resident four years ago. Gas prices in Kentucky are at their lowest level in years headed into the Thanksgiving holiday…and the Rowan County school board decides tonight whether to accept a bid from Morehead State for purchase of the Rowan schools’ administration building. Tuesday, November 24, 2015 — Governor Beshear today signed an executive order restoring the voting rights of certain convicted felons. A state senator from Pikeville has some concerns about a performance-based funding model for higher education…and Morehead State University and Rowan County remain divided on appraisals of the county’s current detention center.

Greg Jenkins has been the Operations Director at MSPR since 1999. Greg is a 1996 graduate of Morehead State University with a BME in Music Education and received a Masters of Science in Industrial Technology in 2008.
