Kissick Terminated, Investigation is Ongoing

The Kentucky State Police are investigating a former Rowan County Fiscal Court employee. The court voted to terminate Payroll Officer Becky Kissick during the regular meeting on March 15th. Kissick had been employed by the county for roughly 22 years.Judge Executive Harry Clark made the motion during the meeting, after a lengthy executive session. The court voted unanimously to terminate Kissick.  Although KSP confirmed there is an ongoing investigation, no other information has been released until it is concluded.
