Zaheri faces 23 count indictment

The Rowan Schools employee accused of raping a student has been indicted on 23 counts.40-year-old Andrew Zaheri was arrested February 15^th on charges of 3^rd degree rape.  The citation states Zaheri was in an ongoing sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student, and admitted to a detective the offenses did occur.  He was released on a $25,000 cash bond the following day.  He was also placed on administrative leave by the school system, with the investigation turned over to child protective services.With his indictments filed in open court on May 5^th, Zaheri faces 10 counts of 3^rd degree rape, 10 counts of 3^rd degree sodomy and three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor.  His arraignment has been set for June 2^nd at 11:00a.m.
