From serving in the classroom to becoming the first director of Cartmell Hall, Clyde James has worn many hats—but, he’s known more for sporting bow ties – a tradition tracing back to MSU President Dr. Adron Doran.

Honored with the Founder’s Award and Eagle Spirit Award, and a former president of the MSU Alumni Association, Clyde talks about his love for MSU and this region he calls home.
